The Bradford District Design Awards are to reward good design, raise awareness of design issues and encourage a

visually attractive, liveable and sustainable 21st Century district.

 

The awards ceremony is a bi-annual event celebrating high calibre architecture, design and those who have made an outstanding contribution to the District’s built environment. Now in our seventh year, the awards in association with Bradford’s Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), celebrate design excellence across key property sectors.

The awards are open to all buildings and landscapes in the Bradford district. The judging panel will vigorously assess each entry and select awards and commendations rewarding the very best of architectural design and restoration across the district.

The result will be announced at the RIBA Dinner and Award Ceremony on the 7th October 2010. The presentation will award the designer, owner and builder of the winning schemes either a prestigous award or commendation. The award ceremony will also include a display of the winning schemes.
